Advocating for Women’s Empowerment in Haiti

Womenful Voice is a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing gender equality and empowerment for women and girls in Haiti. Through targeted programs in education, health, financial literacy, and mentorship, we help build confident leaders who can create sustainable change within their communities.
Our global team of volunteers collaborates with local partners to design initiatives that promote long-term well-being and opportunity. From rural villages to urban centers, we work hand-in-hand with Haitian women and girls to strengthen voices, nurture self-reliance, and inspire leadership.
Aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), our mission addresses critical challenges such as poverty, inequality, and environmental sustainability, ensuring that every program contributes to a more equitable and resilient Haiti.

What We Do

Addressing Social and Economic Challenges

As an organization, Womenful Voice tackles the social and economic challenges faced by women and girls in Haiti by providing access to education, mentorship, and financial empowerment. Our programs focus on building leadership skills, promoting self-reliance, and breaking cycles of poverty and inequality. By aligning our efforts with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), we ensure that our impact contributes directly to the global agenda for gender equality and sustainable growth.
We work to reduce poverty and hunger by equipping women and girls with the tools and opportunities they need to achieve economic independence, through mentorship programs, workshops, and scholarships. These initiatives help them become self-sufficient, support others in their communities, and inspire the next generation of Haitian women leaders.

Promoting Environmental Sustainability

At Womenful Voice, we recognize that empowering women also means caring for the planet. Our programs promote environmental sustainability by integrating eco-friendly practices into education and community development.
From reducing carbon footprints and encouraging sustainable resource use to promoting waste reduction and environmental awareness, we help communities in Haiti build a greener, more resilient future.
Our health and well-being workshops teach women and girls the importance of bodily autonomy, self-care, and holistic health, linking personal empowerment with environmental consciousness and sustainable living.
