Our mission is to empower Haitian women and girls through quality education, health, and well-being programs, enabling them to advocate for themselves, achieve economic independence, and build lasting positive change in their communities.

What We Do

Womenful Voice was founded with a vision to create lasting change for women and girls in Haiti. For too long, traditional gender roles and social barriers have limited women’s leadership and independence. We work to reverse that narrative by providing the education, mentorship, and resources women and girls need to become confident, autonomous, and vocal advocates for their futures.

Our programs are aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)—including:

Why It Matters

Founded in response to the pressing need for gender equality in Haiti, Womenful Voice began its mission by partnering with local communities in 2010. Over the years, we have expanded our programs and outreach, addressing the unique challenges faced by women and girls. Our dedicated team and volunteers have successfully implemented initiatives that promote education, mentorship, and sustainable development.

What started as a small initiative has grown into a robust organization impacting women and girls across Haiti. Through collaboration and hard work, Womenful Voice continues to inspire change and empower the next generation of female leaders.
