The Scholarship Project
Empowering Girls in Haiti Through Education and Sustainability
Education changes everything. In Haiti, where access to learning remains limited, the Womenful Voice Scholarship Program offers life-changing opportunities for girls and young students from low-income families, slave children (Rastavek) and those raised in single-parent households. We provide tuition support, uniforms so they can stay in school, access essential learning materials, and build confidence for a better future.
But our program goes beyond the classroom. Each student also contributes to environmental sustainability efforts by planting and caring for trees in their community. This unique model links education with environmental action, fostering responsibility, leadership, and long-term stewardship while helping build a stronger, greener Haiti.
Support the Scholarship Program today and be part of a movement that empowers, educates, and restores.
Education Scholarships for Girls
The Scholarship Program provides education scholarships for girls in Haiti, covering tuition, uniforms, textbooks, and essential learning materials. This financial support reduces the burden on families and ensures continuous access to primary and secondary education.

Benefits of the Scholarship Program
Empowering Girls Through Education
- Education is one of the most effective tools for empowerment. Through the Scholarship Program, students develop confidence, independence, and motivation. Girls are supported to stay in school, complete their studies, and actively plan for their future.
- Long-Term Impact on Communities Investing in education creates long-term impact for individuals, families, and communities in Haiti. The Scholarship Program helps break cycles of poverty by increasing school retention, improving learning outcomes, and expanding future opportunities for young people.
- Aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals The Scholarship Program directly supports SDG 4: Quality Education. By increasing access to education for vulnerable children in Haiti, the program contributes to inclusive, equitable, and sustainable development goals.
Through the Scholarship Program, we aim to:
- Promote environmental consciousness through hands-on reforestation
- Provide educational support for girls and young students in Haiti.
- Offer three categories of scholarships for those facing financial challenges.

Mentorship Support for Scholarship Students
While financial support is essential, academic success also requires guidance and encouragement. Selected scholarship recipients receive structured mentorship focused on academic performance, confidence building, leadership skills, and personal development.
Integrated Scholarship and Mentorship Model Students receive tuition support, uniforms, books, learning materials, and trees to plant. Mentorship activities include academic guidance, leadership development, STEM exposure, and access to role models. Mentorship is available to students actively enrolled in the Scholarship Program.
Sustainable Education Pathway The Scholarship Program is designed as a long-term education pathway. By combining scholarships, mentorship, and skills development, the program supports students from secondary education through graduation and toward higher education, vocational training, or leadership opportunities.
